Who we are

Everything started in a medical office in the 7th district of Paris.

From a very young age, Hervé Grosgogeat, the son of a cardiologist, saw patients with all sorts of vascular pathologies come through his father’s practice. Marked by this experience, he became a doctor and a specialist himself, and began to question the reason behind vascular disease.

His research on the mechanism of food metabolism led to the publishing of two scientific works.

Meanwhile, in Brussels, driven by her insatiable intellectual curiosity and while poking around in a library, Cécile came upon two works: L'inflammation silencieuse and Méthode Acide Base.Recovering from a knee injury after a skiing accident, Cécile quickly read through the manuals. Their content was a revelation. The next week she was on her way to Paris to meet the author of the books. The following September, she started retraining in dietetics and nutrition.

The team was created to focus on the  phenomenon of silent inflammation and to spread the word about the acid base method.
